Classroom Workshops

Do you want to bring more social and emotional learning to your classroom but don’t have the time to create resources and teach “another” thing in your classroom? In this offering, I come to your classroom (or teach your class online) delivering weekly social-emotional classes. After each class, students will have journal pages, activities, and simple “Brain Break” exercises to practice during the week. Past workhops have included Intro to Mindfulness, Emotional Literacy for Kids, Creating Meaningful Friendships, Mindfulness and Creativity, and Dealing with Conflict.

Individual Consulting

Are you a teacher, counselor, or parent who wants to implement engaging, social-emotional learning in your own practice with kids? Then, this is the offering for you! In this service, we set up an initial consultation, where I create a comprehensive plan to meet your teaching needs. Afterwards, I provide resources, lessons, scripts, and materials for you to use in your own classroom or practice. Later, we have follow-up consultation for continued support.
